SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THIS YEAR’S LARGEST RESIDENTIAL LAND SALE TRANSACTION IN PRAGUE
In 2025, under his leadership, land with a total area exceeding 100,000 m² designated for residential development was sold. The acquisition was carried out by a market leader. This transaction ranks among the largest of its kind in the capital and demonstrates the ability to comprehensively prepare extensive sites for commercial use and sale.
ESTABLISHMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF THE CZECH BRANCH OF A LONDON-BASED INVESTMENT FUND
Dr. Hermann established and managed the Prague branch of a fund affiliated with the Rothschild group, focusing on the acquisition and development of strategic real estate, including:
A residential project in Prague 9 with an area of 220,000 m²
Acquisition of several prime properties in the center of Prague, including the historic Kempinski Hotel building on Hybernská Street
